This scoring app will help you score specific client goals quickly and accurately.

Using the boxes above, simply fill in the client’s initials (or other confidential but identifying information), goal and cue level (suggestions provided below).

Press “Scoring” tab at bottom centre of this screen.

Tap the appropriate button (correct, incorrect, correct with a cue) for each response from the client.

The counter will keep score of the responses.

Once the activity has been completed, press the “Results” tab.

Results of percentage ‘correct’, ‘incorrect’ and ‘correct with cue’ will appear on the page.

E-mail the results page to yourself, if desired.

To clear results, press ‘Reset’ at top of this page.

Suggestions for cue levels (from most to least explicit)
1.Direct imitation
2.Indirect/delayed imitation
3.Choice of correct or incorrect production of goal
4.Repetition up to error with visual and/or verbal cue
5.Repetition of error with questioning intonation
6.Repetition of error with statement intonation
7.Verbal prompt (Pardon? or Is that right?)
8.Visual (facial expression) prompt only
